Watch Video of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie on 60 Minutes

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is an example that other states should look to as someone who has come in to make drastic changes in the way things have been going  with the current economy. He is also someone who has the balls to stand up for what he believes in and is beginning to turn around the financial situation of the state he governs.

Chris Christie

Here is a clip of him on CBS’ 60 Minutes where he says:

“We spent too much on everything. We spent too much. We spent money we didn’t have. We borrowed money just crazily. The credit card’s maxed-out. And it’s over. It’s over. We have to now get to the business of climbing out of the hole. We’ve been digging it for a decade or more. We’ve got to climb now. And a climb is harder. We got to do it.”

A complete transcript of the interview is available at CBS News.

I will post a link to the whole segment as soon as I get a hold of it.
